Terms of Service

1. Services

We design and build websites, web apps, backends and CMS platforms at a fixed price agreed in writing before work begins. Deliverables and timelines are set per order.

2. Pricing & payment

Prices are fixed and shown in your order. Payment is processed securely by Stripe or PayPal. Your project is scheduled once payment is confirmed.

3. Delivery & the Money-Safe Guarantee

We commit to deliver your product on or before the estimated completion date shown on your signed guarantee certificate. If we fail to deliver by that date, you receive a full refund of the amount paid, plus 15% of the order value as website credits.

4. Refunds & credits

Refunds under the guarantee are issued to your original payment method. Website credits are applied to your account and may be used against future orders. Change requests beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

5. Ownership

On full payment, you own 100% of the source code, design and content we create for you, with no platform lock-in or ongoing licence fees.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide the content, access and timely feedback needed to complete the work, and to use the services lawfully.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
